Rise with the sun and start your day with a refreshing power walk or run on the beach on Ocean Soul’s Yoga and Pilates Programme. The nutritious breakfast and morning training sessions will allow you to quickly discover your inner and outer strengths. Pilate classes are alternated throughout the week with either Surf/SUP lessons, giving your body all the physical balance and variety it needs. Lunch at the Villa, and Dream time in the afternoon to wind down from the day’s activities. Spa and healing treatments are available for those wishing to further relax their body and mind. Finish the day with an early evening yoga class before dinner.
