WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Each retreat listing has their cancellation policy listed in the Details section.
Flexible: 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before trip date.
Moderate: 50% refund if cancelled 15 days before trip date.
Strict: No refund unless cancelled less than 24 hours after booking.
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
HOW DO WE GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RETREAT? IS AIRPORT PICKUP AND DROP OFF PROVIDED?
Details of how to get to the airport will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Each retreat listing will show whether or not airport pickup and drop off is provided. If your chosen retreat does not provide a welcome service, you can prebook your airport ride here.
WHAT'S THE WIFI SITUATION?
All of the resorts have access to wifi, although if you're going on a meditation or silent retreat, wifi may be limited as part of the program.
Access to wifi is not guaranteed outside of the resort grounds. If you wish to ensure wifi access at all times, we recommend getting one of these handy wifi devces.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE TRIP?
Travel insurance is not included in the trip unless otherwise stated in the Details section of each retreat listing page.
To protect against flight cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, weather changes and other unforseen circumstances, it's best you protect your trip with travel insurance.
I HAVE SPECIAL REQUESTS (DIET, ALLERGIES, DISABILITY etc) WHO DO I RELAY THIS TO?
You can communicate your special requests (like dietary issues, allergies or disabilities) to the organiser of the retreat when booking.
